Example Downloads

COPLAN for Libra is a coplanar design library within HP-EEsof SeriesIV (Libra). It  is therefore  necessary that Series IV is already installed and the environment variable $EESOF_DIR is set. Bevore running the examples, please install COPLAN from SW-Update.

At the present, COPLAN examples are available for the platforms: SunOS, HP-UX, Windows95/98 and Windows NT. Please download the examples for your platform and libra version and note the installation procedure.

Installation Notes

• Login as superuser and check if the environment variable $EESOF_DIR is properly set to your SeriesIV Installation directory.
• Copy/move the (downloaded) COPLAN example Package into this $EESOF_DIR directory.

  or   cp Package $EESOF_DIR mv Package $EESOF_DIR

• Check and set the existence and the write permissions to the following directory:

  $EESOF_DIR/examples

  Note ! The existing installation behind these directory won't be destroyed while the following installation phase.

• Uncompress the COPLAN example Package:

  uncompress Package

• Untar the file:

  tar xvf Package

• A new directory "coplan_v2310_prj will be created in $EESOF_DIR/examples. Change to this directory, run Libra and load the desired example.
